  1. Cook the pasta “al dente” as indicated on the package, then drain it.
  2. Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan, without adding any fat, until they are golden brown. Add the onion and sweat until translucent.
  4. Add the melted cheese and the liquid cream. Add salt and pepper, mix and simmer for a few minutes over low heat.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200° C on the grill function.
  6. Place the pasta in an ovenproof dish. Pour the melted cheese sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated parmesan. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the surface is well browned.
