Recipe

Fromage frais base:

  1. Mix the low fat fromage frais with the salt, pepper and grated nutmeg in a salad bowl. Add the egg, milk and oil and mix well. Add the flour and mix again.

    Kochkäse cottage cheese Filling:

  2. Preheat the oven to 250°C (fan-assisted oven).
  3. Peel and finely chop ½ onion. Cut the ½ Viennese sausage into thin rounds.
  4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out the tarte flambée dough. Spread the fromage frais base evenly. Cover with the chopped onion, the slices of sausage and the lardons. Finish with the herb Kochkäse, covering the entire surface of the pie. Bake in the oven for 6 to 7 minutes.
