with smoked salmon

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the fromage frais and mix. Pour in the flour and baking powder little by little, add salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. Cut the salmon into small pieces and chop the chives finely. Fold them into the dough.
  4. Pour the dough into small, greased cake or muffin moulds and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Just before serving, decorate with 2 sprigs of chives.
